Education and Eligibility

For the post of Deputy Project Director, the minimum education required is graduation, along with at least 15 years of overall experience, including holding a senior position in the execution of at least one mega project with a value exceeding PKR 25 billion. Experience in mass transit project development will be preferred.
For Director (Procurement & Contracts), candidates must have a BSc in Civil Engineering with specialization or certification in Contract Management, or MBA, MCom, or Master’s in Economics, along with a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in procurement processes and contract management. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in public sector infrastructure projects.
For Deputy Director (Procurement & Contracts), the required qualification is BSc in Civil Engineering with specialization or certification in Contract Management, or MBA, MCom, or Master’s in Economics, with at least 7 years of overall experience in procurement and contract management.
For Assistant Director (Procurement & Contracts), candidates must hold a BSc in Civil Engineering with specialization or certification in Contract Management, or MBA, MCom, or Master’s in Economics, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
For Assistant Director (Admin), a Bachelor (Honors) degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of overall experience in administrative management.
For Assistant Director (IT), candidates must have a BS IT or equivalent bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of overall experience, and relevant experience in a public sector organization will be preferred.
For Assistant Director (Health & Safety), applicants must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, BSc Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university, along with certifications in Occupational Health and Safety such as NEBOSH IGC or IOSH Managing Safely. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field is required.

ڈائریکٹر (پروکیورمنٹ اینڈ کنٹریکٹس) کے لیے سول انجینئرنگ میں بی ایس سی کے ساتھ کنٹریکٹ مینجمنٹ میں اسپیشلائزیشن یا سرٹیفکیشن، یا ایم بی اے، ایم کام یا ماسٹر ان اکنامکس کے ساتھ کم از کم دس سال کا تجربہ درکار ہے۔
ڈپٹی ڈائریکٹر اور اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر (پروکیورمنٹ اینڈ کنٹریکٹس) کے لیے بھی متعلقہ تعلیمی قابلیت کے ساتھ بالترتیب سات اور پانچ سال کا تجربہ ضروری ہے۔
اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر (ایڈمن) کے لیے بزنس ایڈمنسٹریشن، پبلک ایڈمنسٹریشن، فنانس یا متعلقہ شعبے میں بیچلر آنرز ڈگری اور کم از کم پانچ سال کا انتظامی تجربہ درکار ہے۔
اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر (آئی ٹی) کے لیے بی ایس آئی ٹی یا مساوی ڈگری اور کم از کم پانچ سال کا تجربہ لازمی ہے۔
اسسٹنٹ ڈائریکٹر (ہیلتھ اینڈ سیفٹی) کے لیے ماحولیاتی علوم، انجینئرنگ یا متعلقہ شعبے میں ڈگری کے ساتھ NEBOSH یا IOSH جیسی سیفٹی سرٹیفیکیشن اور کم از کم پانچ سال کا تجربہ ضروری ہے۔
