Chairperson Vacancy Punjab Commission jobs 2026
The Government of the Punjab,
Women Development Department has announced a vacancy for the appointment of
Chairperson for the Punjab Commission on the Status of Women (PCSW). PCSW is a
special institution established under the PCSW Act, 2014, working under the
Women Development Department. Applications are invited from eligible women
candidates on a contract basis. The appointment will be made for a period of
three years from the date of appointment, with terms and conditions strictly as
mentioned in the advertisement. The role requires a highly experienced woman
with a strong background in issues related to women and their rights, along
with Punjab domicile. The position offers an attractive salary package and
official facilities as per government rules.
Education and Eligibility
Applicants must be women having
more than 15 years of experience working on issues related to women and their
rights. Punjab domicile is mandatory. The nature of appointment is
contract-based for a period of three years. The salary package is MPS-I (Stage-I)
amounting to Rs. 968,520 per month with an annual increase of Rs. 29,680. The
Chairperson will be provided with one chauffeur-driven 1300cc car maintained at
government expense for official and private use, along with a POL limit of 350
liters per month. TA/DA for domestic official tours will be admissible as per
the highest grade civil servant, while TA/DA for official tours abroad will be
admissible as per Category-I civil servant rules. Medical facilities include
reimbursement of medical and hospitalization charges for self, spouse, and
children for treatment at government or government-recognized institutions in
Pakistan. The incumbent will be entitled to earned leave on full pay at the
rate of three days per month during the contract period.

حکومتِ پنجاب کے ویمن ڈویلپمنٹ ڈیپارٹمنٹ نے پنجاب
کمیشن آن دی اسٹیٹس آف ویمن کے لیے چیئرپرسن کی آسامی کا اعلان کیا ہے۔ پنجاب
کمیشن آن دی اسٹیٹس آف ویمن ایک خصوصی ادارہ ہے جو پی سی ایس ڈبلیو ایکٹ 2014 کے
تحت قائم کیا گیا ہے۔ اس آسامی کے لیے اہل خواتین امیدواروں سے کنٹریکٹ بنیاد پر
درخواستیں طلب کی گئی ہیں۔ تقرری کی مدت تین سال ہوگی اور تمام شرائط و ضوابط
اشتہار کے مطابق لاگو ہوں گے۔ یہ عہدہ ایسی خاتون کے لیے ہے جس کے پاس خواتین اور
ان کے حقوق سے متعلق امور میں طویل تجربہ ہو اور وہ پنجاب ڈومیسائل رکھتی ہو۔
تعلیمی قابلیت اور اہلیت
امیدوار خاتون کے پاس خواتین اور ان کے حقوق سے متعلق
کم از کم پندرہ سال سے زائد عملی تجربہ ہونا ضروری ہے اور پنجاب ڈومیسائل لازمی
ہے۔ تقرری کنٹریکٹ کی بنیاد پر تین سال کے لیے ہوگی۔ تنخواہ ایم پی ایس-I (اسٹیج-I)
کے تحت 9,68,520 روپے ماہانہ ہوگی جس میں سالانہ 29,680
روپے اضافہ شامل ہے۔ چیئرپرسن کو 1300 سی سی سرکاری گاڑی ڈرائیور کے ساتھ فراہم کی
جائے گی، جس کے لیے 350 لیٹر ماہانہ پیٹرول کی حد مقرر ہوگی۔ ملکی دوروں کے لیے ٹی
اے/ڈی اے اعلیٰ گریڈ کے سول سرونٹ کے مطابق اور بیرونِ ملک سرکاری دوروں کے لیے
کیٹیگری-I سول
سرونٹ کے مطابق ہوگا۔ طبی سہولیات میں خود، شریک حیات اور بچوں کے لیے سرکاری یا
تسلیم شدہ اداروں میں علاج کے اخراجات کی ادائیگی شامل ہے۔ تقرری کے دوران ہر ماہ
تین دن کی مکمل تنخواہ کے ساتھ چھٹی بھی حاصل ہوگی۔

بنیاد پر پُر کی جائے گی۔
درخواست دینے کا طریقہ
امیدوار اپنی درخواست کے تین سیٹ بذریعہ رجسٹرڈ پوسٹ یا
کوریئر ارسال کریں۔ درخواست کے ساتھ سی وی، تعلیمی اسناد کی تصدیق شدہ نقول،
شناختی کارڈ، ڈومیسائل، ایک حالیہ پاسپورٹ سائز تصویر اور خواتین کے حقوق سے متعلق
پندرہ سال سے زائد تجربے کے ثبوت منسلک کرنا لازم ہے۔ صرف شارٹ لسٹ امیدواروں کو
انٹرویو کے لیے بلایا جائے گا اور انٹرویو کے لیے کوئی ٹی اے یا ڈی اے نہیں دیا
جائے گا۔ درخواستیں 8 جنوری 2026 تک متعلقہ دفتر پہنچ جانی چاہئیں۔ نامکمل یا
تاخیر سے موصول ہونے والی درخواستیں قبول نہیں کی جائیں گی۔ لفافے پر واضح طور پر
