Punjab Clean Air Program (PCAP) Individual Consultant Opportunities 2026
The Government of Punjab, through the Transport and Mass Transit
Department, has invited Requests for Expression of Interest (REOI) for
hiring individual consultants under the Punjab Clean Air Program (PCAP).
This program is being implemented in collaboration with the World Bank and
focuses on improving air quality and reducing emissions across Punjab,
particularly in Lahore Division. According to the advertisement, PCAP aims to
strengthen air quality management, improve public health, and support
sustainable transport infrastructure by reducing pollution and PM2.5 exposure.
The program is being managed by the Program Implementation Unit (PIU) of PCAP
under the Transport and Mass Transit Department. Experienced professionals with

Automotive Engineer ke liye Bachelor’s ya Master’s degree Automotive,
Mechanical ya Electrical Engineering mein honi chahiye. Is post ke liye kam az
kam 8 saal ka experience automotive engineering mein required hai, khas tor par
electric vehicles aur clean transport solutions ke sath kaam ka tajurba hona

حاصل کرنے کے لیے ایکسپریشن آف انٹرسٹ (REOI) طلب کی گئی ہے۔ یہ پروگرام ورلڈ
بینک کے تعاون سے نافذ کیا جا رہا ہے جس کا مقصد فضائی آلودگی میں کمی، ہوا کے
معیار میں بہتری اور عوامی صحت کا تحفظ ہے۔ اشتہار کے مطابق اس پروگرام کے ذریعے

یا متعلقہ شعبے میں ماسٹر ڈگری ہونا ضروری ہے اور کم از کم 10 سال کا تجربہ پبلک
ٹرانسپورٹ سسٹمز اور پالیسی ڈیزائن میں ہونا چاہیے۔
آٹوموٹیو
انجینئر کے لیے آٹوموٹیو، مکینیکل یا الیکٹریکل انجینئرنگ میں بیچلر یا ماسٹر ڈگری
کے ساتھ کم از کم 8 سال کا تجربہ درکار ہے، خاص طور پر الیکٹرک وہیکلز اور کلین
